Portfolio delivered 2.02% during January compared to 2.14% by the GPR 250 REIT World Index
On a 1-year rolling basis the Index is now up 9.47% compared to 1.61% at the end of 2024
For the month of January, the Industrial sector was the top performing sector, delivering 8.56%.
